Who Does The Bible Say God Is

Exodus 3:14 states that God identified himself as "I am who I am", meaning God is eternal and ineffable.

Bible also identifies God with the name 'Jehovah' in Exodus 6:3 and Psalms 83:18. This word is substituted for the abbreviation YHVH or YHWH, also known as tetragrammaton.

It can be concluded that YHWH is the God of Abrahamic religions, as stated in Exodus 3:6

"Do not come any closer," God said. "Take off your sandals, for where you stand is holy ground." Then he said, "I am the God of your father, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac and Jacob." Moses hid his face at this because he was afraid to look at God." - Exodus 3:5-6
