What Is A Pastor In The Bible

A pastor is a leader of a Church or congregation of faithful followers of Christ. He is well-versed in the teachings of the Bible, especially the gospels, which narrate the life and teachings of Christ. All pastors can take on the role of an evangelist but not vice versa. Pastors are expected to guide Christians in a way that they become enlightened and lead their lives according to the teachings of the Bible. According to the Bible, women cannot be pastors in a Church.
