What Do Muslims Think Of Jesus

Jesus is known as 'Isa' in Islamic texts and holds a sacred place.

Muslims regard Jesus as a prophet in Islamic texts and not as a son of God.

It is believed that Jesus was born before Prophet Mohammad and brought divine guidance to humanity just like Prophet Mohammad.

Muslims concur with the Christian Bible about the virgin birth of Jesus to Mary and about the future second coming of Jesus.

However, Muslims disagree with the Christian Bible about the manner of Jesus's death. According to the Quran, Jesus was raised to heaven alive and was not crucified.
