What Tribe Was Elijah From

The Bible does not explicitly mention the tribe that Elijah is from. However, some scholars believe that he may have been from the tribe of Gad as he was associated with and performed his ministry in the region of Gilead, which was traditionally associated with the tribe of Gad. Elijah
