Does the Bible have anything to say about employees who don't do their job properly and are lazy?

In Matthew 25:14-30, Jesus tells the parable of the talents, where a master entrusts his servants with different amounts of money, and then goes away on a journey. Upon his return, he evaluates their work and rewards them accordingly. The servant who buried his talent was rebuked and punished.
