What Do the Titles “Faithful Witness,” “Firstborn from the Dead,” and “Ruler of the Kings of the Earth” tell Us About Jesus?

“Firstborn” here doesn’t mean He was created (Colossians 1:15 clarifies Jesus as the eternal Son), but rather refers to His preeminence and rank, like the firstborn son who inherits rights and authority (Romans 8:29).
